Dominion Appoints New Director as Chairman of Audit Committee

(IDEX Online News) – Dominion Diamond Corporation announced the appointment of David S. Smith to its board of directors with immediate effect. Smith will assume the role of chairman of the Audit Committee.
Smith is a 30-year veteran in corporate strategy development and finance. He has held senior roles in Finning International Inc., Ballard Power Systems and Barrick Gold Corporation. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BSc in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
