Pangolin Recovers More Diamonds at Malatswe
March 08, 16(IDEX Online News) – Pangolin Diamonds Corp announced that it has recovered the tenth diamond recovered at its100-percent owned Malatswe Diamond Project in Botswana.
One diamond is a white cube with small black inclusions and rough dimensions of 0.7x0.7x0.7mm. The second is an irregular shape with remnant octahedral surfaces with dimensions of roughly 1.0 x 0.8 x 0.5mm.
Pangolin said that the diamonds were recovered from an unscreened 100-liter sample collected within a 10 square metre area of a GPS controlled sample site.
A drill program tested 5 of the company’s high anomaly targets, thought to be the kimberlite sources of the diamonds.
Pangolin has been awarded a further six mining licenses, which have expanded its holdings at the Malatswe Diamond Project by nearly 5,500 kilometers.
