Stéphane Fischler Re-elected AWDC President

(IDEX Online News) – During the first meeting of the Antwerp World Diamond Centre’s (AWDC) new board of directors, Stéphane Fischler was re-elected as the organization’s president.
In total, four new board members were elected, while two current members were re-elected. In addition to Samir Mehta and Jacques Weisz, Vimal Lakhani, Nishit Parikh (who was also appointed vice president), Amratlal Chetankumar Shah and Rajiv Kothari were elected. The four newly elected board members will replace former members Kaushik Mehta, Ramesh Patel, Santosh Kumar Agarwal (Kedia) and Shailesh Javeri.
AWDC CEO Ari Epstein welcomed the election results, saying that he looked forward to working with both Fischler and Parikh.
