OGI Systems Launching DiaTrue Synthetic Diamond Detector at HK Show

(IDEX Online) – OGI Systems, the leader in global diamond technology, has announced that it will premiere DiaTrue, a synthetic diamond detector, at the upcoming Hong Kong show.

DiaTrue works to determine if HPHT synthetic diamonds are present. Users can place multiple rings, jewelry or parcels of stone onto a plate that is inserted into the machine. If the image on the machine's screen emits any light or phosphorescence, it indicates synthetic diamond, the firm said in a statement.

The Diatrue can screen stones from 1 point up to 20 carats.

OGI Systems will be located at booth 11T06 at the Asia World Expo: Hong Kong.
