Signet Jewelers: COO Resigns Due To 'Violations Of Company Policy'

(IDEX Online) – Signet Jewelers Limited said that Bryan Morgan, its Chief Operations Officer, resigned due to violations of company policy unrelated to financial matters.
Morgan resigned on June 2, the jewelry retailing giant reported in a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission which regulates US stock exchanges.
