The IDEX Online Polished Price Report for November 21, 2013

(IDEX Online News) – The trend of positive changes in the prices of smaller rounds continued again, while medium and larger diamonds were either unchanged or saw weak activity and were mostly negative, according to this week's IDEX Online Price Report.

As in the past several weeks, fancy diamonds again saw lower levels of activity with rises and declines even spread.

Following are some of the changes in this week's IDEX Online Diamond Price Report.

• 0.18-0.22 cts D-E / SI1 rises of around 3.0%
• 0.23-0.29 cts J / VS1 +3.7% to $1,400 p/c
• 0.30-0.39 cts G-H / SI2 rises of around 3.0%
• 0.40-0.44 cts many increases in higher colors, lower clarities
• 0.45-0.49 cts several risers
• 0.50-0.69 cts I-J / I2 rises of 4-5.0%
• 0.70-0.79 cts  L-M / SI1 declines of 2.6%
• 0.80-0.89 cts largely unchanged, just two declines
• 0.90-0.99 cts just one change, downwards
• 1.00-1.24 cts M / I1 -4.8% to $2,000 p/c
• 1.25-1.49 cts just two decliners
• 2 cts N / VVS2-VS1 falls of 3.6%
• 3 cts  F / VVS2 -3.1% to $37,800 p/c
• 4 cts unchanged
• 5 cts unchanged

• 0.23-0.29 cts F-H / SI1 declines of around 5.0%
• 0.30-00.39 cts D / VVS2 +2.4% to $2,150 p/c
• 0.40-0.44 cts several changes
• 0.45-0.49 cts D / SI1-I2 rises of 2.0-4.0%
• 0.50-0.69 cts L-M / SI1 rises of 5.0-6.0%
• 0.70-0.79 cts unchanged
• 0.80-0.89 cts just two declines
• 0.90-0.99 cts K / VS2 +4.4% to $2,400 p/c
• 1.00-1.24 cts K / VVS2 -2.9% to $3,400 p/c
