'Forever Indian' Campaign Marks Launch of DTC’s Forevermark in India

Bachchan, who is brand ambassador for D’damas’ Solitaire diamond brand, was presented with a commemorative plaque and a 1 carat ‘Forevermark’ diamond.
Every month, the ‘Forever Indian’ campaign will honor an Indian who has made a mark in his/her field. The campaign will run until October this year. The recipient will be chosen through consumer polls.

The Forevermark consists of a symbol and unique identification number laser inscribed on the girdle of a diamond. It will be inscribed on diamonds above 0.30 carats in size, which are manufactured by DTC Sightholders in factories that have been certified by the DTC as meeting defined quality standards and following the Best Practice Principles.
