IDL to Launch at IIJS

International Diamond Laboratories (IDL), the new gem lab based in Dubai, will officially launch its operations at the India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) in Mumbai. IDL will unveil its new technology that allows scientifically-based and consistent diamond grading, it said.

“The choice to launch International Diamond Laboratories in Mumbai underlines the importance of the Indian community to the diamond business,” said IDL CEO Peter Meeus. “We are excited to present our products first to the world’s leading manufacturing center and the world's fastest growing retail market.”

IDL will host two seminars at IIJS on the new technology it has developed. IIJS will run August 30 - September 3.

The IDL Mumbai office, which will open after IIJS, will be located in Opera House, on the 5th floor of Mani Mahal Building on Mathew Road.
