Stuller’s ‘CounterSketch’ Software Enables Consumer to Create Jewelry

American jewelry manufactorer Stuller, Inc. has taken custom-made jewelry to the next level with the release of CounterSketch Studio, a “3-D jewelry design experience that makes you your very own jewelry designer.”

Users of the software will first need to locate a local jeweler with whom they can search CounterSketch’s inventory to start creating their jewelry. With the jeweler’s help, the user will be able to make 3D alternations to whatever design they’ve selected until they’ve created an item that suits their style. After receiving, and approving, the jewelry item’s price, the jeweler will place the order and receive the item within 8 days.

Consumers who use CounterSketch will be able to control every detail, from stone size and shape to band width and height, of the jewelry item they create.

“CounterSketch Studio will revolutionize customization in the jewelry industry,” said CEO, founder and president of Stuller, Matthew Stuller. “We’re very excited by the positive response we’ve received from our jewelers that have begun to work with the software.”

According to Stuller, as of January 2010, approximately 500 CounterSketch Studio licenses will be available to retail jewelers across the United States.
