The Sarine diamond reports are accessible to customers via QR code scanning, enabling instant download of the digital report during the purchase process. In addition, the Sarine diamond report is available in a traditional print format.
"Golden Dew is the first retailer in Korea to adopt the Sarine Profile. In addition to the Profile, Golden Dew will also be implementing the Sarine Connect app across the entire chain, supporting fast, accurate search and display of diamond and jewelry inventory at the point of sale."
David Block, Chief Executive Officer of Sarine, remarked, "Retailers who stay up to date with the latest in-store technologies are positioning themselves to meet the challenges of today's rapidly changing jewelry retail environment. Golden Dew recognizes the value of the use of point-of-sale technologies, such as digital imagery and video display, and their importance to the modern consumer. The partnership between Sarine and Golden Dew is a natural extension of our mutual passion for cutting-edge solutions, and we are proud to be working with them to modernize the sales of diamonds and jewelry in Korea."
Golden Dew President Pil-Sung Lee said, "We believe the Sarine digital report, which is being presented for the first time in accordance with digital trends in Korea, will make the diamond purchase process much more convenient and inviting for consumers. It will also further increase the credibility of diamond appraisals via an enhanced customer experience, as it allows customers to view the diamond's features directly from 3D images."
